Cancellation policy

• If visitors contact us for cancellations up to 29 days before their arrival, then the full deposit is returned.

• If visitors contact us for cancellations between 15 and 28 days before their arrival, then no amount is refunded.

• If visitors contact us for cancellations within 14 days before their arrival, they are obliged to pay a deposit of 60% of the total amount of the booking as a refund to the accommodation.

• In case of cancellation during their stay, visitors are obliged to pay the deposit of 50% of the price of the remaining days of their booking.
