Terms & Conditions
- To confirm the booking, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of stay.
- Check in: from 13:00 For check in before 13:00: if possible upon request.
- Check out: until 12:00 Late check out : No extra cost but only if possible upon request
Cancellation policy
- If visitors contact us for cancellations up to 29 days before their arrival, then the full deposit is returned.
- If visitors contact us for cancellations between 15 and 28 days before their arrival, then no amount is refunded.
- If visitors contact us for cancellations within 14 days before their arrival, they are obliged to pay a deposit of 60% of the total amount of the booking as a refund to the accommodation.
- In case of cancellation during their stay, visitors are obliged to pay the deposit of 50% of the price of the remaining days of their booking.
